Curriculum study at Grimsdyke School will ensure students’ progress to the next stage of their education prepared within modern foreign languages by developing the knowledge and skills to listen, understand, converse, read and write in another language. At Grimsdyke students learn French but also learn an appreciation of other language linked to the school curriculum. Students will develop an appreciation for, and love of languages, as an expression of culture which will prepare them to learn other languages and be an effective citizen in the globalised world of the future.
